The Skills Training for Employment in Mozambique (STEM) program is part of CICan’s Education for Employment approach that contributes to youth employment, gender equality, and economic sustainability in partnering countries. STEM is a six-year program supported by the Government of Canada and implemented in partnership with the Government of Mozambique in Tete and Cabo Delgado provinces at five technical and vocational institutes.

Canadian colleges will have until February 19, 2016 to submit their proposals for the second Request for Proposals.
